ProPrime was shaped by more than six years of experience inside Takeda, working across facilities, engineering, capital projects, and operational excellence—followed by consulting engagements supporting leading life sciences organizations, including Amgen, Pfizer, Neurocrine Biosciences, Eli Lilly, and others.
Seeing complex challenges from both inside operating organizations and as an external advisor revealed a recurring gap: strategy, technical expertise, and execution were too often disconnected. ProPrime was created to bring them together through experienced leadership and direct accountability.
